This characteristic distinguishes us from other Management Companies and allows us to manage our properties more efficiently.  We currently have over 100 units consisting of:  commercial buildings, duplexes, triplexes, multi family, single family, bungalows, cottages and apartment buildings.

Our office is based in Calabasas and includes full time staff members:

Dolores Felix, our Field Supervisor, has been with Wave sound, Inc. since 1998.  Dolores manages residential rent collection, showing residential rental units and helps our tenants with any questions or concerns that may arise.

Robert J. Mellor, our Property Manager, manages all of Wave Sound, Inc.'s properties.  He is responsible for leasing negotiations, coordination of maintenance, and rent collections.  Working closely with Resident Managers, he ensures that excellent tenant relations and quick response time to complaints or requests for maintenance are a priority.  Robert oversees all income and expenses related to the properties and has extensive experience and knowledge in the Property Management field.
